1. Intellectual Property Protection
   All content on this website is protected by copyright of Future Leads Publishing GmbH (hereinafter called Future Leads). Any content published here, such as database entries, corporate layout or editorial content may only be used with the written consent of Future Leads. In particular, news sources, entries and information, which users of the online platform receive as email or in print, may not be disseminated, copied, made available to third parties, saved, used or altered without prior consent from Future Leads. All rights are reserved to Future Leads Publishing GmbH.A limited amount of data generated by users (e.g. “policy reports”), may be saved or downloaded for internal communication within the client’s organization or for private purposes.
2. Liability and Indemnity
   While Future leads takes great care to deliver the agreed service, Future Leads does not assume a guarantee for the amount, quality and failure-free provision of the messaging services. Future Leads assumes no liability for possible damages to the client, caused by our information services or possible quality fluctuations. Future Leads is liable only in cases in which a condition is missing, the existence of which was explicitly stated in the order form or offer as well as in case of intentional and grossly negligent behavior.
3. Links
   The Future Leads platform and electronic newsletters display links to external document and news sources. Future Leads is not responsible for the external content to which the respective link refers, and is not liable for illegal representations and information, copyright infringement or other sources of damage of these external sites.
4. License Terms
   Future Leads offers the paid Info Service subscriptions Policylead Professional, Policylead Premium and Policylead Excellence. Unless otherwise agreed, the term of a Policylead subscription is 12 months. The determination of the price and the scope of service are recorded in an order form. With the signature of the client in the order form a cost-mandatory order has been made and a license agreement between the Future Leads Publishing and the customer obtained. Order confirmation via email or telephone is an effective subscription agreement as well. Price adjustments are possible and will be communicated to the customer at least 2 months prior to entry into force.
5. Termination
   Future Leads has the right to disable users who do not subscribe to a paid subscription without giving reasons, to delete the user profile and to exclude it from using the platform. If the subscriber of a fee-based subscription does not terminate in writing and the cancellation is received by Future Leads no later than 60 days before the end of the current annual term, the subscription is automatically renewed for another year. At the request of the customer, Future Leads deletes all personal data and account settings of the user. If the recipient of a paid subscription violates the terms of use defined in the contract or terms and conditions or if the consumer’s actions in relation to Policylead services are in breach of German law, Future Leads reserves the right to terminate the license agreement with immediate effect or to temporarily exclude the user from the use and information of the information services.
6. Force Majeure
   Future Leads Publishing shall not be liable for events of force majeure which considerably impede the contractual performance of Future Leads Publishing GmbH or which temporarily hinder or prevent the orderly execution of the contract. These include, but are not limited to, technical equipment failure or communication links such as telephone or other connection problems, computer viruses, unauthorized access, theft, storms, earthquakes and other natural disasters, strikes and other labor disputes, war, government action or other circumstances that are unpredictable, severe and are not caused by the contracting parties and occur after conclusion of the contract.
7. Miscellaneous
   If terms and conditions change, these changes will be published by Future Leads Publishing. If you do not agree with these changes, you should stop using the Website after the changes have been posted. Access to certain content may be subject to additional conditions.
8. Governing Law
   The general terms and conditions as well as all usage contracts concluded with Future Leads are subject to German law.
